I was drawn to naturopathic medicine because I believe everyone deserves to feel empowered, respected, and cared for on their healthcare journey. This is especially true for women, whose unique health needs have long been underserved in both research and clinical care.
With advanced training in Women’s Health, including actively completing a post-graduate Women’s Health Fellowship, I support women through every stage of life. My approach is all about creating a partnership built on trust, open communication, and evidence-based care. I’m committed to fostering a safe, inclusive space that supports you in making informed decisions, free from judgment.
With a strong foundation in health research, I’m passionate about bridging the gap between science and everyday care. I love translating medical research into personalized, practical strategies that support both your current symptoms and long-term well-being.
As an educator at heart, I love helping patients feel informed, educated and confident as they take charge of their health. Together, we’ll create compassionate, sustainable, evidence-based plans tailored to your unique journey and priorities, meeting you where you are and supporting you to feel your best at every stage of life.

- Conception, Fertility & IVF/ART Support

Fun Facts
- I have two great loves outside of clinic life: my Golden Retriever, Prince, and a good cup of coffee. On weekends, you’ll often find us exploring local nature trails—coffee in hand, Prince by my side.
- I grew up in Peterborough, Ontario, in a hockey-loving family and spent much of my childhood on the ice, embracing the passion for the sport that runs in my family.
- During my undergraduate years, I was a proud member of the Trent Cross Country team. Running holds a special place in my heart and remains one of my favourite ways to stay active and clear my mind.
- I am all about balance, but I will admit I have a serious sweet tooth!
