Dr Kristi Graham, ND, IBCLC is a mom of 3 and a registered Naturopathic Doctor, graduating from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine as the Valedictorian for the Class of 2012. After graduation, she completed a 2-year residency at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. Prior to completing her naturopathic studies, she attended McMaster University where she received her Honours Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology.

In her private practice, Kristi focuses on “nurturing Mom” throughout the perinatal and postpartum period so that she can thrive (and not just survive). She has completed her Canadian Certification in Perinatal Mental Health (CC-PMH) and is working towards her certification as an Infant & Family Sleep Specialist.

Kristi believes that women should be supported across the lifespan. She is passionate about supporting women’s health including pelvic health and gynecologic concerns, fertility, and peri/menopause. She holds advanced training and prescribing in HRT.

As an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), Kristi is passionate about helping families to navigate and overcome issues with the following: latch mechanics, feeding management (long feeds, frequent feeds, fussing at the breast), acid reflux, alternative feeding methods (lactation aid, cup, bottle), nipple/breast pain, milk supply issues, reading early feeding and sleep cues, weaning from the breast, and breastfeeding with complementary solids. She currently works for the Ontario Breastfeeding Clinic providing OHIP-funded lactation and infant feeding support to families across Ontario.

Kristi is an active member of the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors, Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors, and is a registered member in good standing with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario (CONO). She has met the Standard of Practice for Prescribing as per the College of Naturopaths of Ontario (CONO).

Kristi takes a compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care. She believes in creating brave spaces, meeting women and their families where they are in their unique journey. She believes strongly in empowering parents to make evidence-informed choices free of judgement and guilt that work for their family.
