Hi! – I am a busy mom of 3 adorable kiddos and a registered Naturopathic Doctor, graduating from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine as the Valedictorian for the Class of 2012. After graduation, I completed a 2-year residency at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. Prior to completing my naturopathic studies, I attended McMaster University where I received my Honours Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology.

I am also an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) supporting families through the Ontario Breastfeeding Clinic providing OHIP-subsidized lactation and infant feeding support.

In my private practice, I support women across the lifespan to address concerns related to pelvic health & gynecology, peri/menopause, perinatal and postpartum care. I pride myself in offering comprehensive pelvic exams & PAP screening to my patients. I have completed my Canadian Certification in Perinatal Mental Health (CC-PMH), and have extensive training with 10 years experience in prescribing Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT). I am a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP) with the North American Menopause Society.

I also take an interest in pediatrics. Whether you are seeking well-baby/child checks, nutritional counselling for picky eaters, skin or digestive health concerns, or strategies to optimize immune health, I love seeing all of your sweet babes and kiddos in my office.

I take a compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care. I believe in creating safe spaces, and meeting women and their families where they are at in their journey to optimal health. I strive to empower my patients to make evidence-informed choices, free of judgement and guilt, while making realistic plans that work for you and your family.

“I believe that a woman’s health has a direct impact on the health of her family and our communities – women deserve to be supported across the lifespan.”
