About

I know what it’s like to feel like something’s off in your body and not quite have the words for it, or to have been told your symptoms are “normal” when they really don’t feel that way. That’s exactly why I do this work.

Everyone deserves to feel empowered, respected, and cared for on their healthcare journey, and that belief shapes everything about how I practice. I’m committed to building partnerships rooted in trust, open communication, and genuine curiousity about you.

With a Master of Science and years of health research behind me, I’m passionate about translating the most up to date research into care that actually makes sense for your life. I love helping patients connect the dots between their symptoms, their biology, and the bigger picture of their well-being.

My approach is evidence-based and compassionate, meeting you where you are and building realistic, sustainable strategies that support both how you feel today and how you want to feel long-term.

I am passionate about supporting you in the following areas;

  • Fertility & Conception: Preconception care, recurrent pregnancy loss, ART/IVF support, complementary fertility clinic care
  • Perimenopause & Menopause: Symptom management, hormone therapy prescribing, cognitive, heart & bone health, body composition, libido
  • Period Health & Hormones:: PMS/PMDD, irregular, painful or heavy periods, thyroid & Hashimoto’s
  • PCOS/PMOS & Endometriosis: Hormonal and metabolic management, pain, fertility implications, long-term care

Fun Facts

  • I have two great loves outside of clinic life: my Golden Retriever’s, Prince & Arnold, and a good cup of coffee. On weekends, you’ll often find us exploring local nature trails.
  • I grew up in Peterborough, Ontario, in a hockey-loving family and spent much of my childhood on the ice, embracing the passion for the sport that runs in my family.
  • During my undergraduate years, I was a proud member of the Trent Cross Country team. Running holds a special place in my heart and remains one of my favourite ways to stay active and clear my mind.
  • I am all about balance, but I will admit I have a serious sweet tooth!
