During my training at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine, I had the privilege of working directly with patients on their cancer journey. From pre-treatment, during treatment and recovery my commitment to you is to bring not only expertise but also unwavering support, and helping you:

I have my prescribing licence allowing me to provide vitamin B12 and vitamin D injections and hormone replacement therapy. Credentials and Qualifications

  • Educational Background: I hold an Honours Bachelor of Science in Biology, with a minor in Chemistry, from Trent University, followed by a Master’s degree focused on neurodegeneration. I have presented my research at international conferences and been published in leading journals.
  • Clinical & Research Experience: At the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine, I participated in clinical research, including as an intern for the EASe-GAD Trial, which explored dietary counselling and omega-3 supplementation for anxiety. This foundation in research ensures that my approach to patient care is grounded in the latest science.
  • Professional Recognition: During my training, I served on student council and the CCNM Board of Governors. I was honoured to receive the Robert Schad Leadership Scholarship, which is awarded to a student in the top 10% of their class who demonstrates exceptional leadership potential. I also received the Leadership Award for my cohort at graduation.
  • Licensing & Professional Affiliations: I am an active member of the Oncology Association of Naturopathic Physicians, the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Physicians and the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors, keeping me connected to the latest advancements in the field.

Fun Facts

  • I have two obsessions; my ~well-behaved~ Golden Retriever named Prince, and coffee. On weekends, you’ll find me out on the local nature trails, with Prince by my side and a cup of coffee in hand
  • I grew up in Peterborough, Ontario, in a hockey-loving family. I spent much of my time on the ice, following in the footsteps of my family’s passion for the sport
  • During my undergraduate years, I was a proud member of the Trent Cross Country team. Running holds a special place my my heart and it continues to be one of my favourite ways to stay active and clear my mind
  • I am all about balance – but I will admit I have a serious sweet tooth!
